SAP Project Help

We’ve recently been helping an industrial company with an upgrade and improvements to its SAP Business One system.

The project had been running off and on for about a year with no real progress being made and we were asked to help understand what was going wrong and how we could push the project through to closure.

Using our standard project methodology, and objective mind-set, we were able to understand the project scope from both the company’s point of view and that of the SAP contractor, which were different.  We helped to resolve this and, as it stands we are now looking for the SAP contractor to re-quote for the “new” scope of work, so that we can all make a rational assessment of next steps.

Assuming that is agreed by both parties we can take the next steps to project manage this into go-live.
